Sletten is an old fishing hamlet on the North Zealand shore of the Øresund, just north of Humlebæk in Fredensborg Municipality. The settlement grew up around small-scale fishing, and today the snug Sletten Harbour remains its natural heart, with fishing boats, dinghies and an atmosphere that feels a world away from the city.
