Nørre Kongerslev is a small village in eastern Himmerland in North Jutland, set among the gently rolling farmland that defines this corner of Denmark. The settlement gathers around old farmsteads, modest houses and a whitewashed village church whose tower rises above the fields. The district is known for its limestone-rich subsoil, and quarrying has long shaped the area around nearby Kongerslev. To the east lies Lille Vildmose, one of northern Europe's largest raised bogs and an excellent place to spot red deer, elk and abundant birdlife.
