Lalandia in Billund is home to Scandinavia's largest tropical water park, a huge indoor aquadome kept warm and summery all year round. Lalandia is a Danish holiday-resort brand owned by Parken Sport & Entertainment; the original resort opened in Rødbyhavn, and the Billund centre followed in 2009, with a third location in Søndervig added in 2022. The Billund resort sits close to Denmark's most famous family-attraction area, making it a natural base for a longer holiday.
