Døllefjelde is a peaceful village on eastern Lolland, surrounded by the gently rolling farmland and wide horizons that define this part of Denmark. It is best known for the Døllefjelde-Musse Market, one of the country's largest and most tradition-rich fairs, which has drawn traders and visitors to the area since the Middle Ages. Held several times a year, the market fills the surrounding fields with stalls, funfair rides, livestock trading and lively crowds.
