Agri

Agri is a small, idyllic village in the heart of the Mols hills on Djursland, in Syddjurs Municipality. It sits within one of Denmark's most beautiful Ice Age landscapes, where soft hills, heather-clad slopes and open grasslands meet views across Ebeltoft Bay. Just beside the village rises Agri Bavnehøj, one of the highest hills in the area, offering sweeping views over Mols Bjerge National Park on clear days. The small whitewashed medieval Agri Church stands as a reminder of the region's long history. The area is a paradise for walkers and cyclists, with marked trails winding through the rolling terrain and a rich variety of wildlife and plants. Agri makes a peaceful base for exploring the national park's scenery, its ancient stone walls and tranquil farmland. Here you feel the genuine, undisturbed atmosphere of old Danish village life, far from the noise of the city.
